Uzbekistan Singapore Tourism Centre signs mutual cooperation agreement with three universities in Uzbekistan

This signing allows for more learnings and knowledge development between the three Universities of Uzbekistan and Universities in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Uzbekistan, Singapore – Uzbekistan Singapore Tourism Centre signs with Three Major Universities in Uzbekistan: Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Tashkent State University of Economics and Silk Road International University of Tourism.

Dr. of Economic Sciences, Professor-Vice Rector for Academic and Educational affairs of the Silk Road International University of Tourism, Bakhodir Turaev and Rudy Fang, Chief Executive Office, Uzbekistan-Singapore Tourism Centre (S.E.A. Business Centre Pte Ltd) have signed the agreement on 24 May 2019. 

Dr. Professor Ganisher Rakhimov, Rector of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages and Rudy Fang have inked the Memorandum of Understanding on 27 May 2019. 

This signatory with Vice-Rector for Science Activities and Innovations of the Tashkent State University of Economics Sherzod Igamberdievich and Rudy Fang on 28 May 2019 is to promote mutual understanding between countries on tourism.

The signing of the Mutual Cooperation Agreement implies that the signatories will strive to reach the best of their ability following the objectives stated in the agreement. 

This signing allows for more learnings and knowledge development between the three Universities of Uzbekistan and Universities in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, building and growing the tourism infrastructure through tertiary levels. The Uzbekistan-Singapore Tourism Centre brings the latest Tourism studies and builds opportunities for students from the three Universities in Uzbekistan for internships (in Singapore), translating knowledge back to the Tourism economy in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.   

The objective is for the Uzbekistan students while in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia to be able to return to their industry within the Tourism and Hospitality sector, and provide cross border exchanges and opportunities for lecturers in the three Universities to lecture in South East Asia, and likewise for Universities in the ASEAN region to lecture in Uzbekistan. 

The Uzbekistan Tourism centre holds a wealth of information and data, a great asset for the students and lecturers in Uzbekistan and South East Asia.  Additionally, it helps Singapore and regional countries in Asia to discover the beauty of Uzbekistan, and visit those locations not yet frequently journeyed before by other tourists.
 

About Uzbekistan Singapore Tourism Centre

On 20 November 2018, the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Tourism Development and Singapore company S.E.A. Business Centre Pte. Ltd.(SBC) signed Cooperation Agreement to establish Uzbekistan-Singapore Tourism Centre in Singapore and in Uzbekistan to promote Uzbekistan tourism to target markets in Singapore and neighbouring countries in South East Asia.

On 19 February 2019 S.E.A. Business Centre Pte. Ltd. (SBC) has the honour to announce that Uzbekistan-Singapore Tourism Centre is ready to start promoting Uzbekistan tourism and bring more tourists from Singapore and neighbouring countries in South East Asia to 

On the offering side, Uzbekistan-Singapore Tourism Centre will promote the entire value chain and ecosystem of Uzbekistan tourism which include tour programs, attractions, places of interests, hotels, restaurants, transportation, money exchange, handicrafts merchants and so on.
